I am one of all who are lucky to still be around and with a relatively good health. It feels exciting to be at the beginning of this second part of life and I love this age. Life is of course not the same as when one was young and had more energy. Furthermore the body change both mentally and physically. I have decided to accept that fact and take it from there. 

One thing that took me from 49 to 50 with such joy, was to read and learn about other women my age and older. Therefore I am thrilled doing interviews with women all over the world. 

I have many interests and some are corresponding, reading, writing, food and wine, traveling and yoga. Those are things I can not be without. 

Then of course I can not be without my three children and my husband.
